On Tuesday, 11.08.2020, official start of construction of the new PREMIUM project "POST QUADRAT" in Graz was celabrated. The project developer PREMIUM, the executing Strobl Bau - Holzbau GmbH and P.GOOD Praschl-Goodarzi Architekten ZT-GmbH as well as other guests joined the ground-breaking ceremony.
DI Martin Pober, Managing Director of PREMIUM, welcomed around 30 invited guests and spoke of great anticipation about the upcoming realisation of the first wooden construction at PREMIUM in Graz. Together with an experienced partner in timber construction, DI Pober (PREMIUM) and Arch. DI Praschl (P.GOOD Praschl-Goodarzi Architekten ZT-GmbH) agreed, a very special, beautiful and sustainable housing project will be created here at "POST QUADRAT".
ZM Johann Harrer, Managing Director of Strobl Bau - Holzbau GmbH, emphasised that the raw material wood, which by the way is exclusively sourced from the region , not only offers great potential for an architecturally appealing and extraordinary residential building, wood also promises considerable advantages with regard to the construction period, so the residential units will be ready for occupation as early as first quater of 2022.
Along Alte Poststraße, PREMIUM is building two high-quality, modern apartment buildings with a total of 40 residential units. The 2-3 room apartments offer a living space of 42m² - 60m². Bright rooms, well thought-out floor plans and generous open spaces ensure high quality of living. The sustainable, modern apartments are not only for demanding owner occupiers but also for investors, who want to offer a special place to live in.
