"PURE Living Berlin" closes the last gap in the new quarter at the East Side Gallery. The project, designed by the well-known Berlin architectural office Hemprich Tophof, with its wave-like natural stone façade, which takes up the theme of water and thus does justice to its proximity to the Spree River. "PURE" offers 185 new condominiums, from a one-room apartment with 29 m² to a 4-room apartment with up to 126 m².
Around 100 employees, guests and media representatives attended the topping-out ceremony at the construction site. The property developer, PREMIUM Immobilien Group, the general contractor, Schrobsdorff Bau AG and ZIEGERT - Bank- und Immobilienconsulting GmbH, welcomed their guests and expressed gratitude to those involved in the project.
18,000 cubic meters of earth were moved, 12,000 cubic meters of concrete were installed, and almost 1,800 tons of steel were used. A big thank you to the construction team on site, who made a smooth and on-schedule completion possible". Michael Schrobsdorff, owner of Schrobsdorff Bau AG.
After two years in sales, more than 70 percent of the apartments have already been sold or reserved. The project gained interest worldwide, not only national but also international customers will become residents of PURE. The apartments are suitable both as capital investment and for owner-occupiers who appreciate the proximity to the Spree, Alexanderplatz and major employers such as Zalando, Coca-Cola and Daimler. Special comfort is provided by the in-house concierge service in the lobby-like entrance area.
Despite the Corona challenges, both PREMIUM and ZIEGERT can assure the completion of "PURE".
