According to an ancient tradition, all subcontractors, the GC as well as the the developers celebrated the topping out for the PREMIUM project FIRST Little Havana.
Completed by a raffle for the nearly 100 construction workers, the ceremony became an event everybody will treasure for a long time. The topping out ceremony for the nearly 200 units was held only seven months after start of construction, setting a new record breaking benchmark in PREMIUMs 25-year history.
