PREMIUM has successfully closed the last construction gap in the new quarter at Mercedes Platz on the East Side Gallery with the impressive project PURE. Designed by the well-known Berlin architectural firm Hemprich Tophof, the project with its undulating natural stone facade offers an ideal mix of appealing architecture, high-quality finishes, service-oriented comfort and a location that attracts established companies and aspiring start-ups alike.
A prestigious large-scale project with around 200 high-quality residential units as well as modern commercial and serviced apartment spaces has been created on the approximately 3,400 m² site. The high-quality 1- to 5-room apartments offer residents an extremely high level of living comfort in addition to a direct view of the Spree River. In addition, the project is characterized by highlights such as the spacious, exclusively designed lobby with concierge service and the approximately 500 square meter courtyard with attractively landscaped gardens.
Construction work started in May 2019, and the project was completed and successfully handed over to the owners in spring 2022.
