On April 8, 2016, the PREMIUM Group, represented by Bernhard Haas, Managing Director of PREMIUM Immobilien Deutschland GmbH, and DI Christoph Paul, Managing Director of PREMIUM Bauträger GmbH, turned the first sod for 194 apartments in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg in the presence of Jens-Holger Kirchner and Dr. Dietmar Kreutzer, District Councillor of the City Planning Office, together with the architects Ester Bruzkus and Dominik Krohm.
