At Nußdorfer Straße 90–92, in the central of Vienna’s 9th district, PREMIUM has developed a seven-story modern residential building featuring spacious units, from one to four bedrooms, and extensive outdoor living spaces.
As part of this project, 158 fully equipped apartments from 35 m² to 110 m², each with an outdoor area in the form of a loggia, balcony or terrace, were offered in this popular and sought-after neighborhood. The 9th district, also called Alsergrund, borders on the north of the 1st district and is anchored by many medical practices. Thus, this building is in close proximity to many locations - within walking distance to the U6 underground station and various bus and tram stops and many shops and entertainment venues and excellent healthcare facilities. It is also close to downtown Vienna.
The project was a joint venture between ARE Austrian Real Estate Development GmbH and PREMIUM Immobilien GmbH. The previous building (former tax office) was demolished in the summer of 2016. Construction began in October 2016. The project completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
