PREMIUM has successfully closed the last vacant lot in the new quarter at Mercedes Platz at the East Side Gallery, in one of the most dynamic and cultural districts of Berlin, directly at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. A prestigious large-scale project with around 200 high-quality residential units, modern commercial and serviced apartment areas has been created on the approximately 3,400 m² site.

With the impressive PURE project, PREMIUM has successfully closed the last vacant lot in the new quarter at Mercedes Platz at the East Side Gallery. The project, designed by the well-known Berlin architects Hemprich Tophof, with its wave-like natural stone façade, offers an ideal mix of attractive architecture, high-quality workmanship, service-oriented comfort and a location that attracts established companies and up-and-coming start-ups alike.

PURE is a prestigious large-scale project with around 200 high-quality residential units, modern commercial and serviced apartment areas created on the approximately 3,400 m² site. The high-quality 1- to 5-room apartments offer residents an extremely high level of living comfort, including a direct view of the Spree. Some of the project's highlights are the spacious, exclusively designed lobby with concierge service and the approximately 500 square meter inner courtyard with an attractively landscaped garden.

The property is part of the so-called Anschutz site, located on the famous art wall commemorating the end of the Berlin Wall, and on the banks of the Spree.
