With the symbolic ground-breaking ceremony on Monday, 6 May 2019, the PREMIUM Group heralded the start of construction on another attractive new construction project in a unique location.

PURE comprises 185 apartments with 1-5 rooms of 30-140 square metres, which are equipped with loggias, balconies or terraces. There are also 13 serviced apartments and three commercial units. The average price for the condominiums is 7,700 euros per square metre. In addition to the concierge, underground car park and exclusive interior, the future owners can expect a 500 square metre garden in the enclosed inner courtyard. The Berlin real estate service provider ZIEGERT Bank- und Immobilienconsulting is responsible for marketing the project. Completion is scheduled for summer 2021.
