Handelskai 100, was built in the 20th district of Vienna as a residential complex comprised of 402 units, generous commercial space, and office units. Amenities were designed specifically for the residents’ enjoyment, which includes urban gardening, spacious communal areas, and many well-thought-out extras. The complex at Handelskai 100 meets strict sustainability criteria and offers high standards of comfort, plus a view of the Danube.
A multi-story residential building including around 400 residential units, commercial space, and rental offices, was built at Handelskai directly next to the Millennium City. The apartments ranging from 334 - 894 sf offer a high level of living comfort, such as compact, well-thought-out floor plans combined with a light-filled design. Various communal areas will provide a comfortable coexistence in the neighborhood. Additional ground-floor retail units, and the neighboring shopping and entertainment centre will offer convenience to the residents.
